Tuka\u015f’\u0131n ilk fabrikas\u0131 olan Turgutlu Fabrikas\u0131, 1962 y\u0131l\u0131nda Turgutlulu 5 m\u00fcte\u015febbis taraf\u0131ndan kuruldu. 1962 y\u0131l\u0131nda sadece sal\u00e7a \u00fcretimine y\u00f6nelik olarak kurulan fabrikada y\u0131lda bin ton sal\u00e7a \u00fcretim hedefi belirlenmesine kar\u015f\u0131n, b\u00f6lgede domates tar\u0131m\u0131 olmamas\u0131 sebebiyle arazi kiralanarak domates yeti\u015ftiricili\u011fine ge\u00e7ildi ve 1962’de sadece deneme \u00fcretimi yap\u0131labildi. 1963’te \u00fcretim hedeflerine ula\u015f\u0131lamamas\u0131 nedeniyle fabrika ba\u015fka m\u00fcte\u015febbislere kiraland\u0131. Bu m\u00fcte\u015febbisler taraf\u0131ndan 1964-1965 y\u0131llar\u0131nda bin ton sal\u00e7a ve 500 ton bezelye \u00fcretimi yap\u0131ld\u0131. Ancak m\u00fcte\u015febbisler 1966-1967 y\u0131llar\u0131nda ekonomik sorunlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6zemeyince fabrikay\u0131 sat\u0131n ald\u0131 ve ba\u015fta domates tar\u0131m\u0131 olmak \u00fczere Ege B\u00f6lgesi’nde sebze ve meyve \u00fcretimi h\u0131zla geli\u015fti, binlerce k\u00f6yl\u00fcye ge\u00e7im kayna\u011f\u0131 ve i\u015f olana\u011f\u0131 sa\u011fland\u0131.<\/p>\n

2001 ve 2002 y\u0131llar\u0131nda sat\u0131\u015fa sunulan yeni \u00fcr\u00fcnlerle birlikte Tuka\u015f Turgutlu Fabrikas\u0131; sal\u00e7a, sebze ve meyve konserveleri, haz\u0131r yemek konserveleri, re\u00e7el ve sos \u00fcr\u00fcnleri \u00fcreten ve y\u0131ll\u0131k 80 bin tonluk \u00fcretim kapasitesine ula\u015fan bir i\u015fletmeye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc.<\/p>\n
